Once repackaged, ship the items to the address provided below, and make sure the shipment is sent within 30 days from the date your order was delivered.

 

To ensure we can process your return accurately and credit the correct customer account, please include the following details inside the return package (or in the shipping label notes): your full name, contact phone number, and the original order number associated with the items being returned.

 

Please note that shipping costs incurred for the original delivery are non-refundable; we will not reimburse any fees paid for shipping the order to you.
